Green Environment

Energy Management

In 2020, we established a Green Energy Task Force to actively plan for the nation's net-zero policies. We continue to install solar energy systems while integrating local agriculture and fisheries to explore further synergies between green energy and industries. To achieve the group’s 2030 target of a 27% emissions reduction, the company has outlined a clear carbon reduction roadmap and evaluates annual progress toward these goals.

Social Inclusion

Employee-Friendly Workplace

We maintain high standards for factory safety and implement the "5 Zero Goals" (Zero Pollution, Zero Emissions, Zero Occupational Injuries, Zero Accidents, Zero Failures). Ongoing efforts include the Process Safety Management (PSM) system, technical exchange meetings, and unannounced fire drills to ensure a safe production environment. This enables effective response to emergencies, minimizing potential harm.
